The labelling system is based on a 3-roll module. It is designed for precision labelling of cylindrical products such as bottles and cans.
The system can apply one or more partial or full wrap-around labels on a designated area of the product.

High-capacity cylindrical products labelling system. Partial or full wrap-around label application using a side pressure belt.
The system is equipped with a star separator that allows the feeding of products at specific intervals while maintaining high efficiency.
Labelling System INTREX SET 2161 PLUS
Labeller is designed for labelling buckets and other heavy, conical-shaped products. Four downthrust rolls allow to precisely position and rotation of very heavy buckets.
This line is additionally equipped with a bail lifting system to remove obstacles from the labelling field on the product.
